We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position plays an important role in supporting the Company’s financial operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of its financial reporting. Position Summary: The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company’s accounting operations and financial reporting activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies. This role leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, oversees balance sheet reconciliations and accounts payable operations, supports audit activities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Accounting Manager also plays a key role in driving continuous process improvements, supporting system enhancements, implementing automation initiatives, and strengthening operational efficiencies. As the Finance function continues to evolve, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to assume increasing responsibility, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support the ongoing development of the Accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
